Discovery

We sit down for a couple of hours and just talk. Your history, your customers, your competition, where you've been, where you're headed. No forms. No questionnaires. Just a real conversation. Then we take everything you told us and build your brand document.

Strategy & Direction

We review the brand document together, lock in the strategy, and nail down your tone of voice. Once that's approved, we talk about what your logo should actually look like - what it needs to do in the real world, not just on a screen.

Logo & Refinement

We present your logo concepts with the reasoning behind each one. You pick a direction, we refine it until it's right. No arbitrary revision limits. We're done when you look at it and say 'that's us.

Brand System & Handoff

Once the logo is approved, our team builds out everything - colors, typography, brand guide, application mockups, all the files you'll ever need. We walk you through how to use it all, and we're around after for questions.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What people usually ask before starting.

How long does a branding project take?

Typically 4-8 weeks from kickoff to final delivery. The biggest variable is how quickly we can get through feedback rounds together. Logo-only projects run closer to 1-2 weeks.

Do I need a full rebrand or just a logo refresh?

It depends. If your logo works but your materials feel inconsistent, you might just need a brand guide. If your logo feels dated or doesn't scale well, a fresh start makes sense. We'll tell you what we actually think - even if it means less work for us.

What if I already have a logo I like?

We can build a brand system around an existing logo. Not every project needs to start from scratch—sometimes it's about creating consistency with what you already have.

Will I own the final files?

Yes. You receive full ownership of all logo files, brand assets, and guidelines. No licensing or royalty fees or restrictions—it's yours.

How many revisions do I get?

We don't set arbitrary limits. We work until it's right. That said, when the discovery process is done well - and ours is - most projects don't need more than a round or two of refinement. We'd rather spend the time upfront getting it right than going back and forth after the fact.

Why shouldn't I just use Fiverr or an AI logo generator?

You can. If you need a quick mark for a side project, that's fine. But if your business depends on looking credible to people researching you before they ever pick up the phone, a $50 logo is going to cost you a lot more than $50.
