How long does a website project take?
A straightforward business website can be built in as little as one to two weeks. Larger or more complex projects take longer depending on scope. The biggest variable is usually feedback turnaround on your end - the faster you respond, the faster we move.
Will I own my website?
Yes. Full ownership, full admin access, full documentation. That said, nine out of ten clients choose to have us handle updates for them through our hosting plan. You open a web ticket whenever you need something changed, delegate it, and get back to the things that actually make you money.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your proposal includes everything we discussed. The only ongoing costs are your domain name (renewed yearly) and hosting (with us or whoever you choose). If you host with us, we include any third-party software licensing at no additional cost.
Do you handle SEO?
Every website we build includes professional copywriting, on-page SEO, and local SEO setup as standard. If you're looking for ongoing SEO services beyond the build, we offer that as a separate engagement.
What if I already have a website?
We can migrate your existing site to our tech stack, clean it up, and get you set up on our hosting and support plan. Often this is easier and more cost-effective than starting from scratch since we already have your content and know what's working.
Can I make changes to the site myself?
Yes - you have full admin access. But most of our clients prefer to hand that off to us. Our hosting plan includes support through our web ticket system so you can submit changes 24/7 without learning a new skill or worrying about breaking something.
